Your Job The Systems Engineer - Specialist will hold an important role as part of a team that is responsible for the Level 3 support for our internal fulfillment and field support teams, contribute to organizational goals in a production environment, and deploy in-house developed applications into production. JOB FUNCTIONS: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Participate in Agile scrum and support meetings. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with diverse groups of development and support teams. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. Koch Equity Development acquires Transaction Network Services (TNS) on 2021-04-14. LLC is the acquisition and investment subsidiary of Koch Industries. TNS is a leading global provider of data communications and interoperability solutions for the payments, telecom and financial markets industries. What You Will Do Support field support teams through a ticketing system. Assist the fulfillment team via a ticketing system. Researching solutions for feature or issues. Work with TNSLink router vendors in issue and release technical areas. Support the development team in creating an application that converts Remedy data into Router configurations, which are then applied to Routers sold to customers. These routers provide secure connections for payment processing application (ATM, Point of Sale etc.) without requiring customer knowledge of the underlying technology. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) A bachelors degree in technical degree with 5 - 8 years of progressive experience. Must have experience working independently on Linux systems including Linux Scripting (Bash). Experience with software testing using Gitlab or similar environment. Familiarity with Docker, Bash scripting, Ansible, Networking. Knowledge in MySql.
