Elicit businessrequirements for project initiatives from various stakeholder teams using Agilemethodology (write features and stories) Trouble shoot reportedissues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams Prioritizeinvestigations with vendor teams Effectively identifyall areas of impact to Dispatch and Work Order Management systems for newinitiatives Partner withvendors/Business to prime and resolve defects and ensure alignment Implement / co-ordinatemitigations where required Contribute to theteamrepository of How todocuments Requirements Technology skills High aptitude forunderstanding information systems technology and the ability to understandJSON/XML, etc Strong analytical,problem solving and organizational skills Strong team player;ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain teamenvironment Strong communicationskills; ability to translate technical explanations to business stakeholders Experiencedebugging/triaging software defects and issues Required qualificationsto be successful in this role Bachelors degree incomputer science engineering, or related field. Strong problem-solvingskills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. Excellent communicationand collaboration skills.
