Work with Product Managers to evaluate the product roadmap to identify features for development. Define new feature releases through incorporating feedback to build user stories and acceptance criteria. Identify functional, not-functional requirements, dependencies and articulate impact on delivery timelines and implementation plans. Manage and prioritize the product backlog alongside with other products in portfolio. Leads the product functional design process based on knowledge of the users and technology. Design Execution: Create high-quality visual designs from concept to execution for desktop, web, and mobile platforms, including app screens, icons, graphics, and marketing materials. Brand Aesthetics: Develop and iterate on design assets that enhance brand identity , enforce a consistent design language, and add visual appeal to products. User Experience Prototyping: Design clear and logical user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define the structure and functionality of digital products. Collaboration Feedback: Work closely with product managers, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders , participating in design discussions, reviews, and usability testing to refine user experience. Communication Presentation: Effectively present design ideas and concepts to cross-functional teams , ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Design System Guidelines: Maintain and evolve existing WECO design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms. Usability Accessibility: Ensure designs follow WCAG accessibility standards and UX best practices to create inclusive, user-friendly experiences. Process Innovation: Stay updated on the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve design processes and user engagement. Skills Experience 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-cantered design solutions. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
