Talent Acquisition Analyst Job Details: Location : EpicMinds IT (Work from Office) Work Schedule : Night Shift ( US Time Zone ) |Work From Office. Job Summary : We are looking for Fresh Graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as Talent Acquisition Analysts at EpicMinds IT. This role involves in USA hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Source and screen candidates for various US-based roles using job boards (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, etc.). Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and Screening. Assist in high-volume hiring for different Positions. Interview & Hiring Process Management: Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Schedule and follow up on interviews across different time zones. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication. Compliance & Documentation: Understand and ensure compliance with US labor laws,Tax Terms and Hiring policies. Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Maintain Internal Database and regural Followup with Consultants Data & Reporting: Track hiring metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate feedback. Provide reports and insights to optimize hiring strategies. Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduates or Post Graduates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills and ability to handle multiple hiring processes. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of US hiring trends and recruitment processes Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, or HR software is a plus.
