Job description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter Cum HR Operation Asst. Manager or Deputy Manager for Jogeshwari location (Mumbai) to manage lateral hiring across various departments as well as all facets of HR Gamut activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding mid to senior-level professionals, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and HR Ops. activities. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles. Sourcing Strategies: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels to identify potential candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and ensure a smooth offer rollout. Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand to attract top talent. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key hiring metrics, ensuring continuous process improvement. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws during the hiring process. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience (7+ years) in lateral hiring or recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with daily HR operation activities , employment laws and HR best practices.
