Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various positions within the company. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, reference checks, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and goals. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR team members to streamline recruitment processes, enhance employer branding, and improve candidate selection. HR Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on HR matters and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to understand their department's needs, challenges, and goals. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's growth and culture. Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Assist in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning. Collaborate with the HR team to drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development programs. Stay current with HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment. Proficient in HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is desirable.
