About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business goals 2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings 3. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including Naukri, Indeed, Apna and LinkedIn 4. Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding 5. Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure timely communication with candidates 6. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams 7. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience 8. Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system 9. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges 10. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process 11. Manage post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts 12. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment 2. Experience working in a high-growth tech startup or similar fast-paced industry is strongly preferred 3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics 4. Demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR management, including but not limited to talent management, learning & development, compensation strategy, and legal compliance 5. Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and succession planning 6. Experience leading a team of HR professionals and working closely with senior leaders and executives in an organization 7. Strong understanding of HR metrics and data-driven decision-making 8.
