Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure UPL remains competitive in attracting talent. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Promote UPL's employer brand through various initiatives and ensure the company's values and culture are represented in all recruitment efforts. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a shared services environment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
