Recruitment experience in middle & higher level management. Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References.. Screening through CV's, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client. Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken. Maintaining & updating the Database.
