Role & responsibilities Create and follow a hiring plan to meet the recruitment needs of different departments. Ensure the hiring process is smooth and brings in top-quality candidates. Work closely with hiring managers and provide full support throughout the recruitment process. Handle special recruitment campaigns when theres a sudden increase in hiring or unique hiring needs. Find potential candidates who may not be actively looking for jobs through networking, calling, etc. Build and maintain candidate communities using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and blogs. Always look for and test new ways to find and attract talent. Maintain good working relationships with other recruitment and HR teams. Understand what each department needs and help fill their positions quickly and effectively. Work with HR and internal teams to plan talent needs, set salary benchmarks, and align hiring efforts. Ensure all hiring practices follow company standards and maintain a high level of quality.
