Role Overview We have an exceptional opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our ambitious growth plans. You ll be part of a broader People & HR team reporting to the Chief People Officer. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for a mix of administrative, recruitment and operational responsibilities supporting the FSP team to identify, hire and onboard the best talent, while offering world class candidate experience. Responsibilities To provide accurate and efficient administration support to the Talent Acquisition team Co-ordinate interviews including collating candidate s availability, booking meetings / calls, providing interview summaries directly or via recruitment partners Manage job postings via FSP ATS system, website or other channels Ensure calls, emails and requests are acknowledged, resolved, or redirected in a timely manner Support accurate reporting on recruitment activity to provide data and hiring insight To work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure policies, processes and best practices are followed Act as an ambassador for FSP ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at all stages To support completion of pre-employment checks About you Previous recruitment / resourcing administration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills An ability to manage time, focus and energy on multiple requirements whilst maintaining attention to detail Good IT skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) A positive contributor to the team, office and working environment A passion for providing excellent Customer / Candidate experience Dedication to creating a more diverse, inclusive and equitable work environment What we look for in our people Strong alignment with FSP values and ethos Commitment to teamwork, quality and mutual success Proactivity with an ability to operate with pace and energy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to excellence and quality Who are FSP?
