Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Executive , you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT and non-IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the company’s hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. 2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals). 3. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role. 4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT positions. 5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 6. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. 7. Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process. 8. Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidates efficiently. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 6 Months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in IT and non-IT roles. 3. Experience with various sourcing techniques including job portals, social media, and networking. 4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus. Why Join Us: 1.
