Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Talent Executive Talent Acquisition to drive talent acquisition for our sales team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top sales talent who can contribute to business growth. Role & responsibilities Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals. Collaborate with sales leaders to understand role requirements and hiring needs. Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on sales skills, communication, and cultural fit. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Monitor hiring metrics and optimize the recruitment process. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of sales roles, including SDRs, BDMs, and account managers. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
