We have an opening for Bulk Recruiter with ImpactGuru. Location- Andheri East (Marol Naka) Drive end-to-end bulk hiring for telesales agents, ensuring a monthly target of 25 hires . Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Conduct interviews efficiently , assessing communication, sales aptitude, and role fit. Ensure seamless coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders for smooth onboarding. Leverage strong English communication to engage candidates and represent ImpactGuru professionally. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment , meeting recruitment goals consistently. Optimize hiring strategies , bringing in quality talent while maintaining speed and efficiency.
