Role & responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned searches. Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates. Conduct screening interviews over the phone. Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts Learn CRM & Reporting structures and update daily task on it Achieve weekly goals around sourcing, filtering and closures Preferred candidate profile Looking for some intelligent & enthusiastic candidate with the following: 1. Full time 2 year and above experience in NON IT recruitment OR BFSI 2. Full time work interest & personal laptop 3. Other requirements 1. Strong influencing abilities 2. Flair of communication 3. Learning Agility 4. Organized & disciplined 5.
