Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and support HR operations. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process while ensuring smooth HR functions, including onboarding, employee documentation, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, Linkedin , referrals, and networking. Must know how to use Linkedin Recruiter Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on role fit. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Enhance employer branding through innovative hiring strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
