Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources. Assist in onboarding and the transition of new hires, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment to employment. Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and recommend new strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proficient in using social media platforms (LinkedIn) and job boards for candidate sourcing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
