Create update Job Descriptions, as per the Organization Structure, to ensure they are accurate relevant for hiring and managing talent Explore, Identify Formalize Recruitment Partners and work with them for enabling the hiring process The incumbent will report to the CEO for talent acquisition and support other company operations. Requirements for the role: 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Hands-on, self-driven with high energy levels and willing to explore new ideas Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with stakeholders across functions within the organization Strong communication presentation skills Sound business acumen ability to think out of the box Education : MBA Preferred; Graduate in any discipline About NIRAMAI Health Analytix Pvt Ltd NIRAMAI is a health technology startup founded in July 2016.
