Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier professionals for various corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for corporate roles. Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including job portals, networking, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications, ensuring a strong cultural and skill fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitating seamless communication between candidates and stakeholders. Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring metrics and progress. Key Requirements: Proven experience in corporate hiring with a focus on volume and niche hiring. Strong ability to source and engage candidates through various channels/portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities. Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
