Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting plans in collaboration with hiring managers. Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, Social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques. Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area. Managing applicant tracking system, maintain accurate candidate documentation to ensure legal compliance with employment practices, policies, procedures, and regulations. Build relationships with potential candidates, influence candidates to see as the "Employer of Choice" by representing the brand and values at all times. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employees. Similar to Product Owners, person will be the Talent Owner ensuring the mapped talent is aligned to the solve business problems and achieve business targets. Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement hiring strategies that align with the companys growth objectives. Lead and manage HR projects focused on developing and implementing HR initiatives.. Required professional skills: Passionate about hiring and networking with people Passionate about Recruitment, sourcing, screening Comfortable working with a fast-paced startup environment Skilled with G-Suite applications, preferably ATS experience Must have done internship in Recruitment & should have experience in sourcing from Naukri & other portals Strong communicator and go-getter
