Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Sultanpur,New Delhi. Reports To:Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Job Summary: We are looking for talent acquisition executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and attract top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building strong candidate pipelines, managing employer branding strategies, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments. * Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. * Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. * Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house). * Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed,Shine,Workindia). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. * High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
