Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter). Duration: Full Time. Location: Mohali (TDI Business Centre) , Chandigarh. Experience: 2+Year. Role Overview: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter) to handle end-to-end IT recruitment for international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top tech talent while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Handle offer negotiations and onboarding. Maintain recruitment data and candidate pipelines. Represent the company positively throughout the hiring process. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools. Confident, reliable, and a strong team player. Preferences: Prior experience in IT recruitment. Open to work in Mohali location for Mandatory 5days a week. Immediate joiners are preferred.
