Syncrasy Technology is hiring for a HR Executive who got the passion to work and look forward to grow along with the company. Roles and Responsibilities: - 1. Responsible for End - to - End Recruitment ( Major in IT) 2. Responsible for the recruitment process to fulfill large number of staffing requirements 3. Receiving requirements and analyzing it with respect to technology, skill sets, qualifications, deadline, number of positions required etc. 4. Sourcing profiles through different sources like job portals, internal database, references etc. for the right candidates 5. Doing preliminary interview of the candidates to check out their professional experience, technical skills, educational qualifications, attitude, and communication skills, Level fitment 6. To do offer negotiation & make offers to the selected candidates 7. Responsible to meet the team targets 8. Good communication skills.
