Purpose of the Role We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to advance their careers in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. You will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events. Conduct market research to build a diverse candidate pipeline and identify top talent. Job Postings Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Post job openings on company career pages, job boards (internal/external), and social media to ensure maximum visibility. Screening & Interview Coordination Review and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and experience. Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless process. Candidate Experience Maintain consistent and clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and professionally resolve candidate queries. Offer & Onboarding Negotiate offers while balancing company budget and candidate expectations. Assist in the onboarding process. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed within agreed timelines. MIS & Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate interactions and interview feedback. Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Bachelor's or Master's degree (BA/BBA/B.Com/B.Sc./BCA/MBA/MMS). 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition. Previous experience in consultancy, EdTech, or the tech domain is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides) and social media platforms.
