Job Description

Responsibilities: Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Candidate Sourcing : Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events. Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Job Matching : Match candidates with appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and client needs. Onboarding Support : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Compliance : Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant laws and regulations. Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Reporting : Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide feedback to clients on the hiring process. Qualifications: Experience : Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or in a similar role, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency. Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Education : A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Networking : Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during the recruitment process.
