Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Zymr, a leading IT product engineering Company. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on the IT software development sector. In addition, the candidate should be well-versed in the latest AI-driven sourcing tools and techniques to efficiently attract top talent. Job Location: Pune Required Experience: 4 + Years Required Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a degree in Computer Engineering Responsibilities: Collaborate with the reporting Managers and hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various roles within the software development team not limited to technical hiring. Utilize a range of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and the latest AI-powered recruiting tools to attract qualified candidates. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies. Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruiting metrics, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT software development industry. Proven success in recruiting technical talent for various roles. Strong understanding of software development concepts, technologies, and methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-based sourcing tools, and other recruiting technologies.
