Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Chennai . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for high-growth tech roles in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on process improvement initiatives Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals A self-starter who is eager to learn and contribute Perks: ₹15,000 monthly stipend PPO opportunity with a starting CTC of ₹3.6(based on performance) Hands-on learning with an experienced HR team Exposure to a fast-growing startup culture Letter of recommendation & internship certificate on completion Note: This is a full-time, office-based internship in Chennai .
