Role & responsibilities Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to shortlist applicants. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Administer assessments and analyze results to evaluate candidate fit. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities.
