Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Duration: 6 Months Type: Internship (Full-time) About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and looking to gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process. You will support the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination. Source potential candidates from various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools. Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone calls or virtual interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the talent needs and job requirements. Help maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Assist in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Provide administrative support to the HR team on various talent-related tasks. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by posting jobs and sharing content on social media. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
