Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support. Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Hiring Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and ensure a positive candidate experience. Data & Analytics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring practices. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
