Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent across various technologies and domains. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational goals. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups with internal teams. Negotiate offers and close candidates efficiently. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
