Experience : 4 to 7 Years Location : Andheri, Mumabi Mode of work : Work from Office Role & responsibilities Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidate suitability. Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and finalizing employment terms.Qandle Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Collabrating : Collabrating with Founder and HOD as well as client managers Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve departmental goals.
