For more insights of the company, kindly visit our website https://www.axismyindia.org/ Roles And Responsibilities Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing, Offer Negotiation)Ensure time and cost-effective sourcingResponsible for end to end hiring process and fulfill talent requirement of the organization.Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks and governanceReviewing of existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organizationImplement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the jobTo partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the job requirementsShould be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric, MBTI, SWOT, Intelligence Tests, General Aptitude Tests, etc.Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managersSource applicants through professional online channels.Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidatesPlan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information including CVs, portfolios, and referencesOrganize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Requirements Master’s degree in human resources management.Team handling experience of at least 10 members.Responsible for overseeing talent acquisition.Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networksFull-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for easy screening of talented candidatesProficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
