LTD Website : https://www.columbiapetro.com/ Designation : Talent Acquisition Manager Location- Bandra West, Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities:- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals and performance targets. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team effectiveness and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to recruiters throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand the companys hiring needs and workforce planning. Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and departments. Monitor and assess recruitment metrics to ensure the continuous improvement of hiring processes. Stay updated on industry trends and talent market shifts to develop innovative recruiting approaches. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination to offer negotiations and onboarding. Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract high-quality candidates. Employer Branding: Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand to ensure it is attractive to top talent. Work with marketing and communications teams to create and implement recruitment campaigns that align with the company’s values and culture. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance the organization’s visibility. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process. Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and insights. Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, candidate selection, and hiring decisions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate source effectiveness) to drive data-driven decisions. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay current with industry best practices, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other emerging trends. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process. Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
