Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Experience: 8+ years Industry: Energy, Manufacturing, Sales Job Summary: Jakson Distributed Energy Business is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for Sales, Leadership, and Manufacturing hiring. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities: Sales, Leadership, and Manufacturing Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across business verticals. Strategic Hiring: Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business objectives to attract top talent. Bulk Hiring: Design and manage high-volume recruitment drives, ensuring seamless execution within defined timelines. Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. Stakeholder Management: Partner with business heads and HR teams to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics, generate reports, and optimize hiring processes for efficiency. Campus Hiring & Talent Pipeline Development: Build relationships with universities and technical institutes to create a strong talent pipeline. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in Sales, Leadership, and Manufacturing hiring Experience in bulk hiring initiatives Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing strategies Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and hiring priorities Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent mapping Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition , preferably in Energy, Manufacturing, or Sales-driven organizations .
