Additionally, we are looking to expand into other recycling sectors such as End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV), e-waste, and battery recycling. As a second-generation business owner, Mr. Sunil Kumar Aggarwal expanded into the aluminum recycling sector in 2000, targeting the automotive industry and leveraging the existing network. Shree Balaji Alumnicast Pvt Ltd (SBA) is a leader in the production of aluminum alloys, ingots, and molten aluminum, with over 25 years of unmatched industry experience. Operating seven state-of-the-art plants across India, we have a combined annual installed capacity of 122,000 metric tons, making us one of the largest players in the market. Our prestigious clientele includes prominent names in the automotive and die-casting sectors, such as Maruti Suzuki, Honda Motor and Scooter India, and Hero MotoCorp. We take pride in being pioneers in the supply of molten aluminum in India, with facilities that efficiently serve a 25 km radius. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full life-cycle recruiting process, managing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to fulfill staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies. Qualifications Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing processes Experience in Employer Branding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
