share Your Resume : Riyasharma@northcorp.tech Job Title: Recruitment (AM/DM) Talent Acquisition Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4 to 8 years Education: MBA (HR Preferred) Industry: Non-IT Recruitment (Hardcore Sales Recruitment, Mid, Senior & Leadership Hiring, Headhunting) Function: Talent Acquisition Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities at the PAN India level for various business functions. This role requires strong expertise in sales hiring, mid-to-senior level recruitment, and leadership hiring across different industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Identify and source candidates using job portals, social media, headhunting, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques . Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create tailored hiring strategies. Drive bulk hiring, mass recruitment, and niche hiring as per business needs. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire . 2. Interviewing & Selection Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit . Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role. Coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews , and ensure a seamless recruitment experience. Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 3. Salary Negotiation & Offer Management Conduct salary negotiations and discuss compensation structures based on market trends and company budgets. Ensure transparency in the offer process and handle any counteroffers effectively. Manage the entire offer-to-joining process , ensuring all required documents are collected. 4. Onboarding & Employee Integration Conduct background verification & reference checks before onboarding candidates. Ensure smooth coordination between HR, IT, Admin, and other departments for new joiners. Drive employee engagement initiatives for new hires to enhance retention. 5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Liaise with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand manpower planning and hiring needs. Collaborate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and third-party vendors to ensure effective talent pipeline management. 6. Market Research & Talent Mapping Keep track of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies . Build a database of passive candidates for future hiring needs. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle and best hiring practices. Experience in hardcore sales recruitment, mid-to-senior level hiring, and leadership hiring . Proficiency in headhunting, talent mapping, and passive candidate sourcing . Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analytics. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring mandates efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Non-IT recruitment (FMCG, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma, etc.) Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices .
