Job Description

Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, H1B, CPT , OPT, L2 EAD visa holders. Expert in sourcing H1B Transfer CPT,OPT candidates . Should possess good knowledge on various IT technologies in the market. Contact references of consultants and validate the experience. Self- motivated with a high degree of energy to make / receive around 100 calls a day. Conducting preliminary interviews and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers. Source the technical talent using outside contacts and the internet. Maintain good relations with existing technical staff and get references of highly skilled consultants. Scoping out candidates from every angle, you build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including phone screens, social media research, to find prime hires. Also need to identify hot technologies in the market from time to time and keep changing technology preference. Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants explaining to the teammates. Should have good understanding about the visas immigration process. Should be able to educate the consultants. Strong experience in getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources. Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants explaining to the teammates. Should have some understanding about the immigration process. Well versed with different sources of finding, identifying and bringing the candidates for marketing. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be willing to work in US timings. Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks. Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethics. Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships Out of the box thinkers and high on integrity.
