Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fill approved vacant positions. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. Conduct interviews and coordinate follow-ups until the candidate joins. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other social media platforms. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
