Job Summary We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive business success. You will also collaborate with hiring managers, provide recruitment training, and ensure a smooth hiring process . Key Responsibiliti es Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top tale nt.Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracki ng.Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, skills assessments, and reference chec ks.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferenc es.Provide training and guidance on best hiring practices and complian ce.Analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring process es.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company polici es.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendo rs.Oversee the interview and candidate review proce ss. Requirem ents Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environ ment.Proven ability to attract and hire top ta lent.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation sk ills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadl ines.Strong analytical and problem-solving sk ills.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment soft ware.Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best pract ices.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fi eld .
