Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in technical hiring in India and sales hiring in the US . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Technical Recruitment India: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and workforce planning needs. Source, screen, and assess IT/technical candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Scientists, etc. Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals to attract top tech talent. Conduct technical screening and coordinate with hiring managers for in-depth technical assessments. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring timely closures. Sales Hiring US: Lead recruitment for sales roles such as Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Managers, etc. Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking. Understand compensation structures, commission models, and cultural aspects of US sales hiring. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding. General Responsibilities: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies. Ensure a great candidate experience through effective communication and timely feedback. Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market shifts. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6 to 8 years in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring in India and sales hiring in the US . Expertise in sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, etc. Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, IT job roles, and US hiring trends. Familiarity with US employment laws and visa processes (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates across different geographies. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a IT services company . Familiarity with ATS tools . Prior experience in headhunting passive candidates .
