Heroing European artistry and traditional techniques, each hand tempered bar is richly decorated with over 30% of batch-roasted nuts–handpicked for highest quality. Rhine Valley’s triumph lies in its eclectic flavours and expansive product launches, ranging from decorated gourmet bars, bite-sized dragees and their signature snacking rochers, with scrumptious granola and specialty coffee in the pipeline. Role Brief: We are looking to hire a Manager - Talent Acquisition who work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes and ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our organizations current and future needs. Designs, develops, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps). Key Responsibilities: Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts. Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. Leading employment branding initiatives. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.). Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience. Assist in employee retention and development. Supervise recruiting personnel. Organize and/or attend campus drives, career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Candidate Profile: Overall, 4-6 years hands on experience of end-to-end bulk hiring for retail or hospitality industry. Excellent negotiation skills, job interviewing skills, analytical skills, social media knowledge. Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth. Ability to think strategically; taking a balanced short and long-term view when solving problems; ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources. Experience working for a multinational organization (outsourcing / shared services). Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients of all levels and with fellow team members. Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases. Excellent verbal and written communication, team management skills and strong decision-making skills. Should be able to keep track various bulk & key positions hiring during transition. Should involve actively with stakeholders to understand their requirements against each position. Should be able to highlight risks of delay in hiring and mitigate such risks with existing talent pool.
