Role overview: As a Recruiter , you will play a key role in driving Consultadd’s talent strategy by hiring top-Notch tech professionals and campus graduates. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on lateral tech hiring and campus recruitment initiatives . This role demands excellent communication skills, adaptability to work across shifts, and a proven track record of successful closures. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field. • 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (lateral hiring is mandatory). • Minimum 1 year of campus recruitment experience. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to close positions efficiently . Responsibilities: • IT Recruitment(India): End-to-end handling of lateral hiring for tech roles. • Campus Hiring: Coordinate and execute campus recruitment drives, including Institute outreach and engagement. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines. • Sourcing & Screening: Use various channels (job portals, social media, referrals) to source high-quality candidates. • Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth and professional communication throughout the hiring process. • Offer Closure: Negotiate and close offers, managing candidate expectations effectively. Requirements: • Solid understanding of technical skills and job market trends. • Strong data management and data analysis skills. • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments. • Readiness to work across different shifts depending on hiring demands. • Energetic, proactive, and goal-driven mindset.
