Role & responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Strategy Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent through various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.). Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs. Recruitment & Selection Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Work with external recruitment agencies and vendors when required. Employer Branding & Market Insights Contribute to employer branding initiatives through career events, job fairs, and social media campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. Compliance & Reporting Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws. Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity hiring progress. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in IT, BFSI, or a fast-paced industry. Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Job Portals (Naukri etc,.) LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Industry Preference: Experience in hiring for IT, Tech, or corporate roles is an advantage.
