We're Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lead Recruiter Location: Bangalore Full-Time Role Are you a strategic recruiter with a sharp eye for talent and a passion for building strong teams? Join us at Kinara Capital, where we're looking for a Recruitment Leader who can drive end-to-end hiring excellence while bringing industry best practices to life. Key Responsibilities : Evaluate and address current and future staffing needs Lead sourcing strategy and oversee recruitment for Zonal Head and above roles Assign hiring priorities to team members and ensure positions are filled within defined TATs Create and implement selection assessments for different roles Develop salary benchmarks and ensure proposals align with budget Maintain a pool of blacklisted companies/employees for compliance and quality Collaborate with department and divisional heads to resolve hiring challenges Continuously improve recruitment processes and reduce drop-out & early attrition rates Build a future-ready talent pipeline : Sourcing Strategy & Brand Building Identify the right recruitment channels: campus, job portals, consultants, offline, etc. Establish partnerships with institutes and organizations for talent acquisition Promote Kinara's employer brand across platforms and partnerships Reports & Analytics Build dashboards to track recruitment metrics (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually) Analyze hiring funnel performance, TAT, and early attrition (06 months) What We’re Looking For Proven expertise in headhunting and executive-level hiring Strong analytical mindset and decision-making capability Experience in process reengineering and policy design Excellent stakeholder management skills This role is more than hiring—it’s about shaping the future of our teams.
