Magnit Global's Talent Acquisition Team plays crucial role in identifying the right talent for key roles globally across various verticals like finance, accounting, operations, legal, background check services, software development, testing, client engagement, client services, etc. At Magnit, theres always a place for right talent globally Role & responsibilities As Talent Acquisition Partner, you would be responsible for identifying the right candidate to join us at Magnit Handle stakeholder engagement, scheduling interviews with Technical, Functional Panelists and Hiring Managers. Responsible for candidate engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents Collection, Offer release and Onboarding. Responsible for post offer follow-up, ensuring that candidate onboard and working with business on hiring and back-up plans. Build relationships and work to make key hiring strategies, campus projects & process improvements. Work independently in detail-oriented environment. Preferred candidate profile Open to contract opportunity as this a 6 month contract to begin with. Bachelors Degree in HR/ Management or Relevant experience. 3+ years of Technical and Function Recruitment experience. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Ready to work from Vadodara office.
