The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the successful acquisition of candidates who align with our company culture and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and engage with passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate job offers and employment terms in alignment with company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed. Assist in the development of job descriptions, recruitment materials, and job postings. Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, and prepare regular reports for HR leadership. Promote company culture and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay up to date on industry best practices and recruitment trends.
