Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and attract top talent. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication during the recruitment process. Analyze metrics to track progress and improve recruitment strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients. Proficiency in using various tools for end-to-end recruitment management (e.g., ATS).
