We help companies find the right talent and help job seekers get relevant jobs. Job Summary We’re looking for someone who can manage event companies (clients) and also help them hire the right people. This role is a mix of sales (talking to companies and onboarding them) and HR (understanding their hiring needs, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews). Key ResponsibilitiesCall and onboard event companies to Mostly EventsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsUnderstand hiring needs and company cultureFilter applications, take interviews, and shortlist candidatesVisit clients and attend meetings when neededWork closely with the founder and be part of a small, growing team What We’re Looking For1–3+ years in sales, HR, recruitment, or client servicingGood communication and people skillsInterest in the events/wedding industryComfortable with field work in MumbaiFluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus) What You’ll GetCompetitive salary + incentivesWork directly with the founderExposure to the events industry and startupsFriendly, growth-focused work environment
