Hire for technical positions in the US market as per company requirements. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT and Non-IT roles. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. Build relationships with job seekers and ensure a smooth hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs. Stay updated with US staffing trends , immigration laws, and hiring practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in US staffing. Proven ability to hire Bench Sales, US IT, and OPT Recruiters . Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, EAD), and compliance. Experience in technical hiring for IT roles in the US market.
