Job Summary: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in US staffing who can efficiently hire Bench Sales Recruiters, US IT Recruiters, OPT Recruiters, and Technical Positions as required. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the US recruitment process, visa classifications, and hiring strategies to attract top talent. Hire for technical positions in the US market as per company requirements. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for IT and Non-IT roles. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. Build relationships with job seekers and ensure a smooth hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs. Stay updated with US staffing trends , immigration laws, and hiring practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in US staffing. Proven ability to hire Bench Sales, US IT, and OPT Recruiters . Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, EAD), and compliance. Experience in technical hiring for IT roles in the US market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques.
